Responsibilities:

1. Vacuum packaging of seafood of own production:

• – preparation of seafood (fish, shellfish, shrimp, and other species) for packaging, including inspection of quality and freshness;
• – providing proper operation of vacuum packaging equipment (setting up, adjustment, maintenance);- packaging products into vacuum bags using appropriate materials such as film and containers to ensure airtightness;
• – controlling product storage temperatures before and after packaging;
• – checking the weight and volume of packages according to regulations;
• – compliance with safety and sanitation standards for packaging.

2. Cutting fish:

• – cutting fish into individual pieces (fillets, steaks, portions) according to given specification;
• – using professional cutting tools (knives, filleting machines, etc.);
• – cleaning fish from scales, entrails and other inedible parts;
• – sorting and removing damaged or poor quality parts of fish;
• – treatment of fish in compliance with all sanitary norms, including control over the condition of work surfaces and tools;
• – packaging of cut fish according to requirements (vacuum, shrinking, portioning).

3. Preparation of goods for export:

• – verification of documents required for export (quality certificates, veterinary certificates, certificates of certificates of origin);
• – sorting and packing the products into appropriate export packages (crates, containers), taking into account the specifics of transport (temperature preservation, protection from damage);
• – peculiarities of transport (temperature preservation, protection from damage);
• – organisation of proper placement of goods in containers, taking into account compliance with all the norms for the seafood transport;- ensuring the labelling of goods in accordance with international requirements (information on the manufacturer, expiry dates, product composition);
• – coordination with transport companies and control over delivery of goods in due time;
• – control over the safety of packaging and product integrity at all stages of preparation of goods for export.

4. General responsibilities:

• – compliance with all health and safety standards and sanitation requirements at all stages of packaging and processing;
• – regular cleaning of the workplace, care of equipment;
• – maintaining records of the quantity and condition of products, reports on the work done;
• – working with suppliers of packaging materials and other consumables;
• – operative troubleshooting of equipment if necessary to ensure uninterrupted operation
